These minor variations do not constitute a defect. • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Dehozi does not guarantee that any listed item will remain in stock at the time of your order. • Sizing: We recommend consulting our Size Guide available on the product page before making a purchase. Pricing & Payments All product prices displayed on the Dehozi website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Pricing Policy: • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice • The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed • Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for specified time periods and cannot be applied retrospectively • Dehozi reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed Accepted Payment Methods: • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives at your door. Check your order first, then pay with confidence. • Online Bank Transfer • Credit / Debit Card (where available) • JazzCash / EasyPaisa (where available) For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure that the exact or approximate amount is available at the time of delivery. Our courier partners may not always carry change. 5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Placing an order on the Dehozi website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Dehozi. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons we may cancel or decline an order include, but are not limited to: • The requested product is out of stock or no longer available • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer • Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious order activity • Payment failure or non-verification of payment • Identified pricing or product description errors at the time of order Customer-Initiated Cancellations: • Orders may be cancelled by the customer before they are dispatched for delivery • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — the customer must follow our Returns & Exchange process instead • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via our customer support channels In the event of a cancellation after payment, Dehozi will process a full refund through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. 6. Shipping & Delivery Dehozi delivers orders across Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Shipping Information: • Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location • Deliveries to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) may be processed faster than remote or rural areas • A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation Important Notes: • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances • Dehozi is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the parcel has been dispatched • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided. Dehozi cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt re-delivery or require the customer to collect from a local hub 7. Returns & Exchanges At Dehozi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process, subject to the following conditions: Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges: • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached • Products returned due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received will be accepted without question • Items damaged due to improper use, washing, or customer negligence are not eligible for return • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective How to Request a Return or Exchange: • Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange collection or drop-off • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund accordingly Dehozi reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.
