Shipping Information: • Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location • Deliveries to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) may be processed faster than remote or rural areas • A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation Important Notes: • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances • Dehozi is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the parcel has been dispatched • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the delivery address provided. Dehozi cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt re-delivery or require the customer to collect from a local hub 7. Returns & Exchanges At Dehozi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you receive.
